ABOUT JOHN KYLE

John Kyle is a doctoral student in the College of Business, Law and Social Sciences at the University of Derby. He has more than 30 years experience in software, consulting, and nonprofit organizations. He has worked extensively in the United States, Canada, and Europe. John is the founder and principal of Kyle Venture Advisors, a consulting firm specializing in leadership, strategy and culture development. He serves as the executive director of The Fellows Initiative, a network of leadership development programs for recent university graduates. He is also the executive director of one of those programs, the Capital Fellows, in the Washington D.C. metro area. Previously, John served in various leadership roles with ApeSoft, LogiAnalytics, MicroStrategy, EMC, Silicon Graphics, and Cray Research.
